Lu Meng, an artist and art therapy counselor currently based in Beijing, began studying Chinese painting at the age of four. She later pursued screenwriting at the Beijing Film Academy under Sitou Zhaodun and earned a master’s degree in cross-media operations from the University of Stirling in the UK. In addition to acrylics, she experiments with various media, including digital painting, puzzles, and watercolor. Recognized internationally, Lu Meng has been recommended by platforms such as IANGRRY, ART Hole, Mvibe Magazine, Artmagazineium, and DAN CIC.

Artistic Exploration
Lu Meng’s creative journey explores the boundaries between figurative and abstract art, a pursuit that led her to conclude that such boundaries are illusory. Instead, her work reflects the natural laws governing the transformation between these states, akin to the principles of entropy increase and decrease, life and death, and energy transformation. These phenomena illustrate the interconnectedness and mutual influence of living beings.

Using a combination of light and shadow, contrasting colors, and dynamic lines, Lu Meng captures this process of transformation, constructing her own "Peach Blossom Spring"—a personal utopian vision. Working primarily with acrylics in an abstract expressionist style, her art conveys the purity of life and probes the intricate relationship between humanity and the untamed material world.
