Hong Da, born in 1984 in Anyang, Henan, graduated from Jingdezhen Ceramic University in 2007. His works have received numerous accolades, including the Excellent Award at the 3rd Shanghai Baolong Beautiful Home Grand Prize Exhibition in 2020 for his oil paintings Meow Meow Loves Fish and Fish Village, and the Excellent Award at the 4th Shanghai Baolong Beautiful Home Exhibition in 2021 for Dreamy Magic City-3.

In recent years, Hong Da has actively participated in various art exhibitions both domestically and internationally. Notable events include the May 4th International Youth Art Festival at 798 Jiu Art Space, the Beijing International Art Fair, the Hangzhou Dushu Lake Summer Emerging Artist Exhibition, the Expression: Contemporary Young Artist Invitation Exhibition, the HI Art Autumn Emerging Art Market, the 8th and 9th Starry Plan Young Contemporary Art Exhibitions, the Shanghai Trend Expo, and the Generation Escape Line Exhibition. In 2023, he participated in several significant exhibitions, including the dual solo exhibition Light Dream and Shallow Illusion at Maiji's Gift Art Space and the group exhibition The Cube of the House at the Beijing Han Jian Art Museum.

Through his work, Hong Da deconstructs and reshapes the spiritual world, unleashing the biological energy of color and form—control, breaking free, fusion, deviation, spiral, oscillation, folding, explosion, and struggle—on the canvas. This dynamic process creates musical-like overlapping harmonies and evokes the illusions of the Creator. Using free-flowing, game-like deconstruction, his artwork evolves within an open system, continuously generating new perspectives to explore and express the spiritual core of the world.
